Cold prevention tips:

Also, it's best not to stay in an air-conditioned room for 8 hours all the time. Take a walk outside at noon to expose your pores to the natural breath of the outside world. 4. Do not sit in "cold": In summer, do not sit in chairs with cold air, such as those on the ground, stone or iron surfaces. They have fast heat conduction and heavy cold air, and the cold evil will quickly repel your body's yang energy and directly attack the uterus.

5. Remedial measures after catching a cold: If there are occasional symptoms of catching a cold, such as going out in the rain or getting wet, be sure to remedy them afterwards by making yourself a bowl of cold dispelling soup. The ingredients are 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and 7 slices of ginger. Boil in water for 10 minutes and drink 1-2 times to dispel the cold.
